1. Service Registration
Clients are required to complete the registration form available on the website (here).
Once the information is received, the counselling team will contact the client to confirm and conduct a preliminary consultation regarding their needs.
Clients will be provided with the terms and conditions for using services at "A trendy mind".
If the client is under 18 years old, a signed consent form from a legal guardian is required (the form will be provided by "A trendy mind").
2. Preliminary Consultation (if needed)
The counsellor will conduct a preliminary session to better understand the client’s counselling needs.
During this session, the counsellor will also answer any questions and explain possible counselling methods.
3. Information and Schedule Confirmation
After the client agrees to the terms and conditions, the counsellor will confirm the client's information and arrange a schedule for the session.
The session schedule will be confirmed via email or through direct notification from the system.
4. Counselling Session
Sessions will be conducted through the online platform chosen by the client.
The counsellor will begin with initial conversations to analyse the client’s needs, explore their background, and examine factors related to their current condition.
If necessary, psychological assessments will be conducted to collect more detailed information.
Once sufficient data is collected, the counsellor will make a psychological diagnosis and provide a summary of the client’s condition.
5. Counselling Plan (if applicable)
Following the session and diagnosis, the counsellor will assess whether continued counselling is needed.
If the client does not require further sessions, they will be provided with relevant materials and self-help strategies to manage their concerns independently.
If additional support is necessary, the client may be referred to specialised facilities for more comprehensive care.
If the client proceeds with continued counselling, the counsellor will design a detailed plan with clear goals and a proposed timeline for follow-up sessions.
6. Conclusion of Counselling Plan (if applicable)
At the end of the counselling plan, the counsellor will summarise the process and outcomes achieved.
Clients will receive advice and guidance on how to maintain progress after the counselling has ended.
7. Provision of Support Materials (if needed)
Throughout the counselling process, clients may receive support materials, including counselling techniques, applicable strategies, and exercises to maintain progress.
These materials will be sent via email or through A trendy mind’s system.
8. Continuation of Counselling (if needed)
After the initial counselling plan concludes, clients who wish to continue may register for additional sessions based on their needs.
Further counselling will be based on outcomes and evaluations from prior sessions to ensure appropriate support tailored to the client’s current situation.
